Darren Madison has worked for Loudoun County Public Schools as a Student Assistance Specialist (SAS) since 2008 providing prevention services in the fields of substance abuse and mental health. Mr. Madison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified International Institute Restorative Practices (IIRP) Facilitator and Trainer, and LCPS Restorative Practice Lead for the Dulles South Region. Mr. Madison was previously employed for approximately 13 years as a probation/parole officer for the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice and the Virginia Department of Corrections in Loudoun County, Fairfax County, and Norfolk, Virginia. Darren also worked as a counselor at residential treatment facility in Littleton, Colorado.
He attended high school in Virginia Beach, Virginia, graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelors’ Degree in Sociology, and received his Master’s in Social Work (MSW) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
