According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, concerns about emotional and behavioral health of children were already rising pre-pandemic and are of even greater concern now (AAP, 2021). Research shows movement, mindfulness, and breathwork are beneficial tools to cultivate self-regulation, resilience, and interoception, all which help develop long-term coping skills.
