Cassandra Asekhauno and 5 Riverside HS Senior Peer Leaders: Zoya Faruqui, Nick McDonald Emily Mitchell, Anya Passino, and Neha Yannam will facilitate this important conversation.

91% of Generation Z reports at least one physical or emotional symptom of stress. Because of that, stress management, mindfulness, and coping have grown increasingly important in schools. By sharing the students’ perspective, teachers and parents will learn how to help their own students via stress relief and coping mechanisms.
