Understanding the impact of adversity on a child’s brain is imperative to an effective educator – particularly in the current climate of a global pandemic. ACE Interface was selected to be used throughout the state of Virginia to help educate the public about the ACE study and the impact of trauma on the developing child’s brain. In partnership with SCAN of Northern Virginia, the Loudoun County Trauma Informed Community Network and Loudoun County Public Schools provides this training throughout the county through trained providers.
